I'm not that bad in Co, but i could need some tips like circle strafing and such.

Never walk backwards, always side strafe, and to avoid the fades attacks instead of jumping try to throw a quick duck in there instead.

Yeah, I dont like classic much.
I prefer doing your own thing cause the commander rarely listens to me. <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/confused-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused-fix.gif' />

Well you are sposed to listen to the commander, not the other way around....

B,I requested a pg when there was alot of RES.
And he just said SUYF and go build an rt, When I could have built a PG In an unoccupied hive room.

You shouldn't let a single bad comm dull your view on such a fantastic game mode, when everyone works together as a team and follows comms orders (preferably a competant comm) it's always really really fun.

And if the comm isn't listening to you.. Just stick with the rest of the team and listen to his orders. Running off won't do much good. If the comm saw you alone in a hive he might've thought it was too risky to spend res there...

Anyway, yeah, try more NS! <b>lots</b> of fun to be found there!

Comms are generally nice and well polite.. and still generate the needed skill for the marines to win.

But sometimes, you'll get a comm whos in a bad mood and shouts at you for doing something wrong.. but will probably still have the skill to lead the team to victory.

As Creepin_Jeezus said.. there arent loads of grumpy commanders. Just try different servers untill you find the one that suits you.

Psh I can't imagine anyone not being grumpy when they command you to do a simple thing like jump down the ladder and you have difficulty doing it. Don't be afraid of getting yelled at but all the same try to listen mkay?

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY!!!!!!!
LISTEN TO YOUR COMMANDER!

Remember saving for a onos from the very beginning is considered res whoring and most people will not like it. I usually declare that I will save for the second hive. In case the second hive gets dropped by someone else I still have res to go fade. (Conversly if you drop the hive the other person might go fade, which might be a good idea since you are new)

Most importantly remember to log some hours as different life forms. Master Perma-gorging (it's an art), perfect your fade "blink, swipe, swipe, blink out" and dont forget to umbra your teammates as a second hive lerk.
