<div class="IPBDescription">a simple question</div> ok im a bit new to NS (dont know all the little nooks and crannies). i notice that gorge's can build chambers on top of each other. someone told me if you put an OC on top of another OC the bottom one wont fire. so what chambers can you tower-up and what chambers cant you tower-up???

note: i notice you can put a OC on top of a DC and they both still heal\fire.

    so if you are sitting on a tower. your hitbox will block the shot... most of the time, there is and always will be exceptions....

    oh another 2 questions on chambers...

    on some maps sometimes when i build chambers they sink beneath the ground...this happen to any of u guys?

    also i notice that chambers can be built so that they..."clip" each other: for example there are 6 ocs in the area of one and a half ocs..
    is this supposed to happen?

    HMM. don't ever put anything on top of an oc b/c the bottom ones won't fire.

    Chambers sinking into the ground is 'normal' per say. That is in certain places, your structures will sink, but its not supposed to do that, its a bug thats hard to fix.

    for the second one, those are called 'balls of dewm'. It is a bug that was supposed to be fixed for this build, but is still happening. Basically, the structures have sunk into eachother. They'll fire at you machine-gun style, and need seige/grenade launchers to be taken out. Take a stroll in the bug tracker to see if its fixed for beta 5.

    Both are bugs and not supposed to happen. the devs are well aware of this, though, so don't waste your time by setting up a public beta thread.

    heh, I'm pretty sure lito just made that up.....

    most people just call them super OCs, since there not even balls at all
