you may have seen it before . . .
. . . but man, it rocks. A free online open source encyclopedia.

Check it out. I've been browsing it during downtime at work, and it is a great way to learn about just about anything.

This is seriously one of the best things on the internet. I've started to turn to wikipedia for information even before I google.

It doesn't actually have everything, but the average netizen might not notice for quite a while. Its made by people who spend a lot of time on the internet, and as a result the topics that are fully fleshed out represent their interests. There are a lot of great articles on there though.

Personally, I've been frustrated with my own ignorance of basic history, and wikipedia is providing a way for me to fix that. I don't have the time to read lengthy documents, but I do have the time to read wikipedia. The articles are remarkably engaging.

Because games of NS have been known to last for several hours, players typically have a lot of energy invested in their team, and are often unwilling to correct stacking if players leave. This results to a one-sided, less enjoyable experience if not corrected. This feature also gives each team the ability to end the game automatically in a forfeit by exiting to the ready room if the other side is unnecessarily prolonging the game.

    I love wikipedia.

Yeah, Wikipedia is generally a great 'first look' point, as you tend to get enough information to then continue into more depths via sophisticated googling.
