well, not quite
Considering the time left I have before I leave school, and the concentrated fire of exams and other art projects I have to contend to, I don't see much chance in finishing what was meant to be my second flash project.

Not much in terms of "real" animation, (I'm still scared ****less of creating frame-by-brame animation without making it look inadequate), and I still can't draw, but I'd like to know what you guys think. A little less than 2 months spent on it.

Stuff that happens.

It 'ends' when the screen goes black, even though the music's still playing.

A big middle finger thanks to our class cirriculum for wasting time on demo versions of Lightwave that run slow as hell and have numerous features cut out. Without your help, my animation might not been so damn unpolished and incomplete.

I mean our class had to waste over 3/4 of the course on bloody Lightwave projects, and the final remaining 1/4 of the class we were allowed to spend on Flash.

Lightwave was a complete waste of time, and considering that Maya is the industry standard... WHY GOD, WHY?

    Complete waste of time.

    What is your college major?

    Just graduating from high school.

Its a pretty far-fetched plan, but the outline plan for upcoming years will be heading to university (already been admitted, just trying my best right now to not **** up and lose a scholarship that needs a 90% average).

Haven't picked out the courses yet, but I'm thinking a major in visual arts, and a minor something literature related (possibly philosophy). After the four to six years of university, I'm planning on attending college to learn animation.

I've had a very bad history with not sticking to my plans, and I have my doubts as to how far I'll follow this through, but this is where it currently stands.

LW bashing is ignorant. it's the artist that makes the art, not the software.

When its not the demo version stuck on an aged Mac, that's probably the case.

The teacher wasn't really able to teach us advanced features, especially in regards to animation, and she got pregnant about halfway through the school year, and we had a new teacher who had no knowledge on Lightwave.

I'm not quite sure of the name, but I have two versions of that song actually. One like the one in the flash and one with actual vocals(which isn't bad at all, actually).

If you can host or just want it aim: yoshipadawan

That's Apocalyptica music. The track is the first in one of their CDs; Cult. The track itself is called Path. Talk to me on IRC if jediyoshi is too slow(no offense ).
Edit: There was a version with vocals? Never heard that one.
