<div class="IPBDescription">Do they exist?</div>Natural Selection has been out for, by my count, a little over a day. About 12 hours after its release, I played as a marine. The team voted off commanders left and right and tihs one particular guy (we'll call him Lester) didnt like the fact that he was ejected. I figured I was next in line for commander duty, it was my first time in the console and I've never played an RTS before. It took me a while to find out where each member of my team was (I still dont know how to find them without them telling me where they are). Anyway, Lester called me a n000b for being too slow.
I know having a commander with no experience could cost the marines the game. But its just a game. I cant believe so many people cry about it.
After that I joined the aliens and told them where all the marine defenses were and we got 4 Onos to rush into their base and destroy everything.

Anyway...I think the whole team were being jackasses by ejecting everyone. Good thing you can call for an eject vote once per round. The team would either be stuck with no commander at all or someone who was completely oblivious to the role of commander (or the game's basics for that matter).
If you guys would read the manual, it explains how to command, tells ya what each building does, all the upgrades it holds, and also theres a techtree........
But nobody bothers to read it, so they join the game and say: How do i join a team? how do i get better weapons?? and stuff like that......
I myself don´t care if my commander is a newbie, because if you dont know how to move around with the commander console it´s really hard, but it´s just a game, and marines have a lot of resources because of that bug.
