My Rant About Ns

<div class="IPBDescription">the usual I hate NS</div> I used to be a ns fan during the 2.0 times, but recently the game has jsut hit rock bottom for me, in 2.0 i used to be good but now I can't even stand NS netherless try to play classic maps.

I thought when 3.0 was released they said the skulk was made so the hitboxes were smaller so less chance of dying (depending on skill) but now, I absorb every bullet that comes to me.

Lerk used to be fun but now, I havent ever played 3.0 classic maps cause the lerk dies so fast now, it doesnt even seem worth 30 res for it, i just totally despise ns now. With the current playing style i have now on 3.0 I would die in matter of seconds and waste 30 for nothing.

I could always go play on NS 2.0 on WON, but since the hatred has grown for NS over the time, I can't even bare the sight of it.

All i ever here on combat now is GL spam, something lame this, something lame that.

This was just another rant, I'll probably never read this thread again anyway.

Lerks aren't a combat class they are support and area denial for the aliens, if you are having trouble skulking ambush more, learn to bhop, etc.

I don't know how people can say that lerk is worse now than it was in earlier versions. Now you can actually FLY it instead of AARGH-PANIC-BASH-MY-SPACEBAR-AS-FAST-AS-I-CAN-AND-HOPE-TO-GET-GO-SAFETY-THROUGH-THE-ROOF.

Well he is right, a lerk can easily be soloed by an LMG marine, however you must change your play style. Stay out of their sight, and spore. Only go in for a kill if you know they have 50hp or less with no armor. Lerk bite isn't very strong. Think of it as Gorge spit, a last ditch sort of thing.
