So.. there were a few lovely theories on it, with the best one coming from Uh-Oh, it is on page 6 or 5... Anyhow Nem said he was going to print and frame it, and since I found it quite humorous, I agreed.
Thus... we have the linkage.

If you translate that french version into portugese it becomes "Unidade baseada no sistema".

Then translate it in english: "system in the based unit".
Now, obviously, this is also a coded message.
"System" has in "family".
"in the" has in "inside".
"based" has in "waiting".
"unit" has in "cell".
Family is inside, waiting for the cell. That makes no sense at first, but ask the closest person near you what he thinks it means out of context, and he might tell you it's a clever lingo for an event waiting to happen. Think about it! If the family is already inside, and by family we mean "project", and by inside it means "coded in the game", and it's waiting, meaning "future patch", for the cell, the cell must be the BUS! There lies the key to this whole charade!
