    well I tried loading (and refreshing) the page in 2 different web browsers, also making sure that I could get to those bad links from the main manual link, which I can.
    As far as I can see those links r going to the wrong pages...

    Sometimes, for some stupid reason, a browser will refresh from the cache instead of actually going to get the file again.  Get around this by forcing a complete reload... shift-click on the refresh button.
