    Well it has to do enough to keep you from junking it but not enough to expire from effort. Poor little guy did the best he could.

    Well, I had similar problems, and that was because the GFX card had a poor contact which was pretty messed up. Another time it was the memory that for some reason wasn't sitting properly. I had been on a LAN party so the computer had been bouncing around a tiny bit. Had to open it up and remove and reinsert the memory...

    And that's about the only thing that I can possibly think of besides everything else that has been listed.
