i remember before 3.0 final came out

playing in a ClanServers server had about 160 ping, but not as much lag interference or delay =[

i miss those days, brazilian servers are so boring

    Sorry to hear about your lag. AFAIK, the netcode didn't change all that much, but I rarely pay attention to such things. There are a lot of little things that control what the ping turns out to be, and it may be that it's something NS related. Or it could be one of a hundred other things. Sucks all the same, though.

    It's gotten better for me... American servers have less lag now than some european ones! (i'm from UK)

    Set up your rates to accomidate for higher lag times. It will never be as good as a 20 ping, but it will be better then default settings by a long shot.
