Cannot Install Ns

Help! Ive d/l'ed NS and when I try to install, a window opens(after a long wait) saying:
<b>'Unable to initialize installation. Could not extract Wise0132.dll to c:\DOCUMEN~1\Binky\LOCALS~1\Temp\GLC4.tmp CRC does not match. There is not enough space on disk'</b>
Im running Win XP on a partioned drive (5gig, with 1gig free space)
There isnt any 'LOCALSETTINGS\Temp' path in my 'Binky' folder. <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='sad.gif'><!--endemo-->
Im confused. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
