softwear mod is not supported by natral selection

can i fix this problem some how im running windows xp home servis pack 1

here's a solution. go to options, then whatever the video tab is. basically there will be a dropdown menu that will let you select different options (mine has 3)

the options should be something like:

OpenGL
Software
and soemthing else

try using a different one than what you already have it set to. hope this helps,
