Yes. Steak is very good. How do you like yours? Medium here.
I like mine marinated for at least 2 days in some form of steak sauce, teriyaki or seafood steak marinate.
But I'll tell you what is better than Steak, Bison. Bison is truthfully healthier, leaner, has less calories and cholesterol and overall tastes better than beef and chicken or any other meat out there. Great thing is, it is cooked like steak, with no cook off. You begin with an 8 oz bison, you end with an 8 oz bison. You eat it just like a steak too, how you cook it and what you eat it with.
Had a Bison Burger with a fried egg, lettuce, tomato, carmelized onions, mushrooms and swiss cheese today at Ted's Montana Grill.

At this very moment, I am playing the "Beef Song" aired on the Beef commercials (Beef: It's What's For Dinner) funded by The Cattlemen's Beef Board. For those interested, the song is <i>Rodeo 'Hoe Down'</i> by Aaron Copland (An American Salute: Spirit Of The Nation).
