<div class="IPBDescription">Choke, and Loss</div> Hello, as of recent I've been experiencing horrid his registration (and a lack thereof) I check my choke and loss, generally as a rule I have zero loss, and zero choke (and it still happens) but recently Ive been getting choke of 10-20 during combat and my rates are as follows


cl_Cmdrate 101
cl_Updaterate 101
rate 25000

in my experience... the cmdrate and updaterate's do NOT need to be higher than ur fps....... so if ur at 100 fps cool... but if not... lower them...

MY choke goes up somteimes when i set cmdrate and updaterate too high... try lowering them to 60, and/or lowering/raising the rate value...

My standard settings are 20000/60/60 however sometimes my cable line is slow and i get choke... therefore i will set them to 20000/40/40

Wow, you're the last person I would be expecting to post in here, Communist...

Anyhoo...

Have you made any recent changes to your settings and/or system drivers?
Are you playing on a server that has not shown this behaviour before?

Its seemingly random but extra noticeable with higher choke
