<div class="IPBDescription">But hey.</div> I was wondering two things:

Where may I be able to find the program that when you paint, the stuff even drips?

And where may I find a special addon to PS that allows me to use something like spraypaint, but not the pixel way that windows does?

in corell painter you can work with wet paint.... the results are looking actually painted with oil, pastell or aquarell... and it even got spraypaint... painter comes mostly bundled with good tablets

For spraypaint, you can select a brush, and set it to be random. Just get something that looks somewhat like a spray, or get some grunge brushes.

Although realize that in real life paint usually doesn't drip all over when you try to paint stuff. Look at the work of most artists and you'll notice that there is no drippage. To get it to run all over and ruin your stuff, you're going to need to use a lot of watery paint and work on a surface that's close to 90 degrees.
