I Need Help

<div class="IPBDescription">Bad upload speed</div> About 3 days ago I suddenly lost any decent upload speed. I have'nt installed any new programs nor have I changed my settings. I've done spyware sweep with Spybot, Ad-Award and Microsoft beta and a full virus scan with AVG.

I use Winxp home with sp1. Can anyone help me?

    That seems to be the new punishment for using p2p programs of certain questionable legality (Not innocent stuff like bit torrent, kazaa and such seem to fit my description. My ISP did it to me and when I called they pretended they didn't know what I was talkinga bout untill I confronted them)

    Hmm...maybe thats what my University is doin to me...

    I get crappy pings on NS servers...even on my own...it spikes up more that usual.

    ya i would ask your ISP for help. they would probably know what to do.

    A german ISP did that too. They don't wanted powerusers so they limited p2p ports to 2kb upload.
