This is preceisely what I am trying to avoid 1 "continent" dictating who gets what to the exclusion of all others..

Not sure how euros/aussies would feel knowing they are effectively disqualified from participating simply based on where they are...

Well, if that's the only way to give those cards... it's "better than nothing".
I think the assumption behind TheAdj's post was that if the NA tourney works great, maybe other sponsors would want to do the same thing, and here comes the other continents tourneys ;p But that's not a sure thing...

I woudn't want to do that to the french, british, german, finnish, swedish, australian, NZ players out there..

it's simply not fair and I'm a big fan of fairness..
