You use a smaller res? Just set it to "stretch" in Display Properties and Windows will scale it down. Bigger res? Sorry...newbie mistake...should've made huge so it would work with all resolutions.
Max quality jpeg. Open in Paint or whatever and save as bitmap if you need to.

Nice Spectracide. I love all the bullet holes and that the marine is reloading as the onos bring the smack down.
The typeface on the text is cool, but it stands out a little too much IMHO. Could you fade it a bit? Keep up the goodwork.
