    I took a lot of SEM scans of different types of bacteria (google image search ftw), and put them together on screen layers, then airbrushed out the parts I didn't want.

    I like your interpretation of the bacterium. I honestly have to say that I didn't really know how to imaginize the bacterium in general. nice work!

    you must have a very dark monitor, I can see lots of leftover image surrounding the bacteria. Other than that the sharpness of certain parts of the image makes it look like it's several images stuck together but that doesn't really matter when you shink it down to the size you did.
