Playing Demos Without Going Into Hl

<div class="IPBDescription">need help</div> Does anyone know of any programs that let you watch demos without opening ns? I have a not-so-fast computer and it takes a long time to load up ns and stuff.

    There are programs which can start hl for you and directly open the demo you wanted with a few clicks, but it is not possible to view the demos in an external program.

    how can you actually view demo without starting hl?

    1. make an .avi - you won't need hl to watch it <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
    2. use this: <a href='http://www.demofreak.com/' target='_blank'>http://www.demofreak.com/</a> - it'll show in-depth info, including player-chat and more
