Heard of this really long ago. Cloning technology(IIRC 2 women can have a child now, by combining the genetic data somehow) will keep the human race alive. Note that if the Y chromosome hadn't been weakened in the past, civilization might not exist today. One thing that is sure is that women would have no rights(we'd simply brutally turn the request down).
Cloning, according to the article at least, is still problematic at best.
I'll just adopt my usual, indifferent stance: Someone will think of something before that happens. Genes are not magic, so science can comprehend them. Heck, in the worst case, the population becomes all female and will have to synthesize semen. That may seem kinda weird to us now, but to a woman who has lived in an all-female society for all her life, it'll probably be perfectly normal.
