Help Me Stop Lagging Please

I need to stop lagging, how would i do it?, i need help, ive tried everything i know of.

Please help :(my connection speed is adsl, op system is XP home edition, system manufact is micro-star international co, ltd, system model is km266-8235, direct x version is direct x 9.0 (4.09.0000.0904), will that help u find out whats making me lagg?

    Radd, you need to provide much more information to receive help, such as:<ul><li>your connection speed</li><li>your operating system</li><li>what other applications you have running at the same time</li><li>etc.</li></ul>

    choke of 13 says something is worng with your connection.

    if you are on dial up then you should disable the QOSPacket schedular.

    If you are downloading aything (especialy P2P) Disable it....

    Start --> Settings --> NetWork sEttings --> rclick your network connection --> unclick QoS Packet sched --> Aply

    Post your <b>rate</b>, <b>cl_updaterate</b>, <b>cl_cmdrate</b> settings Radd... type them in console one by one to see the value already been assigned...
