uhhh everytime i go into a server it says server mode is not supported by natural selection. what does this mean

Are you sure it says "server mode"?
I'm pretty sure that it would say "video mode". If that's the case, then go into video mode and select OpenGL (if that doesn't work, try Direct3D).
