im new to NS and i have some questions:
In the Video settings i can choose <b>OpenGL</b> or <b>D3D</b>. im unsure witch i should select. My graphics card is Radeon 9600XT and i have AXP Barton running @ 2.1Ghz.

    OpenGL usually is the better choice.

    OpenGL, as long as you dont have any problems with that mode...

    Also there are two cvars in the config.cfg, which do some fixes for ATI cards...

    ati_npatch "1.0"
    ati_subdiv "2.0"

    I can not clearly remember what values it should be; But as far as I remember you need to change the values to 0...

    They should be set as zero.

    opengl. d3d can cause some problems
