    I have been the same razer boomslang 2000 for about four years now. It has 2000dpi, it feels great and it is very durable. Hell, after all the years that I have been using this, I have still felt no drop in the quality of the mouse. It feels just as good now as it did when it came out of its shiny, circular tin all those years ago.

    I definitely recommend a razer mouse for anyone willing to pay a little bit extra for a much higher quality mouse.

    Mx510. A nice mouse indeed, though I must admit, I do like the mx1000 more.
    If only I could afford one =/

    Man Thansal, a tracking ball? Tried one of those, was hard as heck to aim at points when I needed to be moving all over the place. I commend you!

    Intellimouse Optical. Been using it for four years, although for the last year the light is always on even if I lift it to my face and stare at it. The mousewheel is also kinda shady, spazzing out every now and then. The teflon pads are mostly worn away because I don't have a mousepad. It's not the most comfortable mouse for me, but as long as the light and all five buttons work, it's good enough.

    Logitech Mouseman Dual Optical.
    Teh dobble precision babeh! Although, after so many years of (ab)use, it is kind of broken... It stops working randomly, especially when i'm fade.

    Iused to have one of those mouseman things, except it was wireless and only had 1 optical thing.

    I personally find corded mice to be too light, and, due to my desk layout, i have no space for a mouse on my desk

    the thing that i don't get is the mx1000's scan speed... i mean, it's LASER.. and laser is such a special word. every other mouse on the market is optical and this one is LASER.

    and yet... even with LASER capabilities.. it scans slower than the Razer Diamonback <b>optical</b> mouse. <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    i wanted to get a fancy LASER mouse but... oh well.

    I think the point of the laser isn't so much scan speed as it is precision response. I could be wrong, though.

    Seriuos, it's because of the blinking, i move and lift my mouse alot while doing it, the sensors just turn off in that process. I might get a razor soon, have to try it out first.

    I had one of these and I loved it. Unfortunately, I mashed on the mouse1 button one too many times and cracked the hinge. I wanted to replace it but I couldn't find another.

    Using a mx310 now.

    I use the best mouse ever made. I've never held a mouse that's more ergonomically perfect for my hand than the <a href='http://www.gideontech.com/content/articles/1/1' target='_blank'>Logitech MouseMan Wheel</a>.

    <img src='http://www.exhardware.com/reviews/mouseman/mouseman1.jpg' border='0' alt='user posted image' />

    Perhaps my favorite feature of the mouse, other than being so damn comfortable you can hold it for hours, is that the thumb button is quite large, making it very easy to click, unlike a lot of other mice I've tried w/ thumb buttons, where the position is all awkward.

    I don't know what I'll ever do if anything were to happen to my beloved mouse, because they don't make them anymore and all mice today are crap. Especially those overpriced Razor mice (which is the absolute most uncomfortable mouse I've ever used, and control was so loose it was crazy)

    Using my Logitech MX510 Blue that I picked up over the summer with a [H]ard|OCP Ratpadz GS. Working pretty well although I've damged the little pads at the bottom of my mouse and my mousepad is wearing out pretty bad. It's almost smoothed to a mirror finish in some parts, making some inconsistencies in both the texture of the mousepad and readings that the optical sensor in my mouse picks up.

    I just got an MX510 yesterday, works real nice. And to all you MX1000 users, isn't there some sort of delay when you pick up the mouse? I would've gotten one of those but like 90% of the newegg reviews about the MX1000 said that the delay was horrible for games.

    OMG Sheena uses Microsoft trackball!

    I use a Filand Optical 5-button Mouse. A wired mouse to add to that.
    It's rather nice, and good enough for my really big hand, but it's a bit too light. But it's easy to open up and add some weight.

    The only thing that sucks about it is that it somehow gets dirty easily. Not to mention the mouse buttons and upper body are painted, meaning that over time the paint will come off, and you have one ugly mousey.

    Blech <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    On a kinda related note, does anybody have a guide to increasing yor voltage to USB ports through the BIOS?

    My mx500 sometimes doesent start up when i start my comp. Both USb ports are good, and i read on another forum that this was too do that the mx500 tales alot of power at startup. My normal 3 button mouse always works fine.
