I Just Completed Final Fantasy 7

I want my ending.
I beat Sephiroph. I handed his buttocks to him on a plate having levelled way too much. His second form actually took one of my party members down at one point, but still was barely a bump in my path. Then, Cloud and Sephiroph face off in a one-on-one fight to the death.... and Cloud kick's ****.
After the obligatory flashy lights and misc wierdness, the team is left sat in the crater, crap falling all around them, pondering their fate. Then, what should happen but the highwind falls through the cieling, yay, we're saved! And then..... nothing. Black screen.
I take the CD out, blow on it, wipe it off and do the whole process again. Yay, sephiroph is dead! The day is saved! The highwind crashes through the cieling, breif flash of.... something.... then credits. That's it? According to the guides i've since read.... no. It's not.
I WANT MY FREAKING ENDING! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!

Yeah, I got the little bit of Red XIII, but thats all. According to the FAQ I just checked, there IS more of an ending than that.

<span style='color:black'>Something that seems to be years alter it all happened, Red XIII is running around with some little red XIIIs and Midgar is all overgrown with vines and stuff.

Yeah, that annoyed me.
They all get on the ship and go like what about Meteor? Meteor comes down on top of Midgar. Holy the supar magic spell tries to stop it, works for a time being and fails. Then the lifestream comes and goes *haha pathetic Meteor!* and destroyes it.
If I were you I would like clean the disc, get a new one because the ending is quite not done yet and its best to experience it not just reading it <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

Sephiroph pwned, Highwind crashes through the cieling and...... it keeps going! Hurrah! The highwind is blasted out of the cavern by a big ol' jet of lifestream, pieces falling off as it goes, Cid.... swears..... and reaches for the big lever marked "Emergency" and........
Credits. ARRRRRRGH!!!! I WANT MY FREAKING ENDING!
I'll probably just ask my mate to borrow his CD, or find a link to the ending on the net (which isn't the same but meh).

Cloud's best weapon comes from Ultima weapon, and his limit from the battle square in the golden saucer, I've got no idea what you're talking about.
Fact:
There is no alternate ending.

There is no hidden ending.

There is one ending.
Aeris becomes part of the lifestream, only then is she able to summon Holy to stop Meteor, she understood she had to die. Meteor comes, its stopped, YAY heroes escape, 500 years later (iirc), Nanaki/Red XIII is running with his children to the top of a hill overlooking Midgard, now overgrowing with vegetation. You remember how flowers only grew in the church in the slums at Midgard? Two explanations why theres vegetation: 1) The Mako reactors are gone. 2) Holy.

But you can resurrect Aeris after obtaining Zach as an additional character though.
That's why there is clues about it in the game.
How true that is, i don't know. It was just something i read a loooong time ago.
