hmm yea I was going to say, arnt "decency laws" a lot more lax over in europe?

especially with regards to sexual content and language?

Err, because one kinda entails the other? If you're having sex at 16, unless you're covering up the girl's nipples, you're gonna see them. But you can't see them on TV at the same time? Can you explain how having sex is more "appropriate" than seeing a topless girl on TV?
