Animtaions Out If Sync With Sounds Dmg Etc Etc

After i installed a better video card (6800gt) some wacked things started.

I could be munching a resnode as a skulk and the backaway for a 1 second and the tower would still be getting attacked.

Also sometimes when i go to bite a marine the animation does play but the marine takes damage.

Anyone had this problem??? The lmg appears to stutter as well now...

The game runs at a solid 100fps pretty much all the time

Sounds like lag to me, as in internet wise, not graphical lag. Check your rate by typing 'rate' into the console. Also, what is your internet connection and has anything changed recently in that respect?
