Making Font Bigger Ingame

<div class="IPBDescription">for higher resolutions</div> as it is when I'm playing at a higher resolution my font is extremely small which makes playing with distractions going on very difficult. is there a way to make the chat font bigger (even at the expense of taking up screen space) and possible colour aswell?
