Adding Reserved Slots For Server

<div class="IPBDescription">With a console command w/ any mod/plugin</div> Is there a way of adding someone to the reserved slot server list by a simple command in console? Like an amx plugin? Is it possible? Like use amx_addr to permantly add someone? Is it possible to code this for amx and can someone link me to a plugin or make one? Thanks NS players!
