Hello,

Some time after the game started, (varies between about 2 to 15 minutes) the server craches with the following error message :

FATAL ERROR (shutting down): NUM_FOR_EDICT: bad pointer

I didn't have this problem with beta4 and earlier. It appeared since I upgraded server to beta5. It happens only on normal NS maps so far, CO maps work fine. After experimenting the problem intermitently on my first system, I reinstalled clean from scratch with only Adminmod and Metamod on two different brand new computers, one running WinXP and the other, Linux Fedora Core 3 test 3 (Even tryied with mandrake 10.0 Community). The problem persists. Could it be a bug with Adminmod or Metamod?

Should this post be in Server support forum instead? <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/confused-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

Adminmod needs to be recompiled with GCC 3.2, somebody in general servers has already done so.

And yes, server mods cause this, so it should be in general server..
