Batch Compiler Gives Me An Error!

<div class="IPBDescription">help!</div> the batch compiler gives me an error whenever i try to load it. Seriously though, do you read anything on a page you download something from, or even any of the documentation that comes with it?

It clearly says on nem's website just below the download (might be just above, but there very near) that you will need the .net framework.
