ok again me, but this time it is really important.
We or i have a big problem.
At moment i am on trying to make all things at ns-game.de and ns-game.com.
Team managing, news, server, board, structure, marketing, and than league, cups, players,.....
before as it only was a german site, it was nice, and i was on trying to handel all. but with opening .com as europe portal, there are really many things come as job. of course i was on known that this will come, but i thought that there will come more help. But reallity wasn´t so. I asked my team, if there will be someone, who really would offer many of his time for managing, but no one would do that, what i respect <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.natural-selection.org/forums/html//emoticons/confused-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
So here i annouce that we ( I ) need some one as manager for the .com site. so i can handel the german site again.
as my backup to handel the .com site and the .com team.
i know this is a big job and maybee my search will get no answer or result.
But i dont give it up. I did this sites only for love to ns, cause i like the game and all around. i never tried to get any profit. i offer all i should can do.
Maybee here is someone who also is filling to spend his time for this project.
Of course i dont want to give all jobs him. but if he do 1/3 i would be very happy, cause i have to handel also other projects (not ns relevanted) and cannot make all.
If here is someone who have really time and would offer his time, here are a list what he have to bring with in.
Know how in managing a team,
know how to work with webpages,
ftp, mysql, (not so much but a little)
very good english (not like me :-) )
know how in use a bnc
know how in admin a server
know how in hltv
It would be nice if he have in all parts generally know how.
I need realy a backup as manager and i hope to get here someone.

1.) I am still on search for a co manager.
2.) We reopened ECC Cup Sign up, because of few bases. So you if you don not sign up allready you have no the last change to take part.
Sign up is available till 10.10.2004 (15pm GMT+1).
