well since my sister told me about this movie and it coming out on the 8th of october i had to find a trailer quick, i mean i know they were making a resident evil 2 movie but i just didn't know when or how close it was due but ther you have it showing at cinema's near me on 8th of October

    lol well i'm in ENGLAND, it aint come out yet, i should of taken into account that americans might have seen it already, but there you go

    I didn't think they could mangle to original story any more than they did in the first one... but I guess they can and they WILL.

    On the flip side, I've been waiting for a "Organized, Professional soldiers squad > 3 people vrs zombie hordes" scene for a LONG time. I have to say the umbrella soldier's repelling into the street and the ensuing blockade battle were very good in my eyes.

    Infact the coreography was good all around.

    And don't talk bad about Korea or England movies comin out late, look how long it took for the US to get Hero! A couple years?

    The first movie didnt really mange the story at all... In fact I found that it made an OK prequal to the first game.

    Personally, i think it's great. I've never really much cared for the Resident Evil games, they've always come across as relying on "cheap scares" or generally aren't just any fun to play at all. I feel they've always paled in comparison to the likes of Alone In The Dark and definately Silent Hill.

    So with that said, i care little about what "they did" to Resident Evil, and enjoyed the movie entirely. It's pretty much non-stop action, has zombies, big guns and boobs. If, for some reason, you hold the mediocre Resident Evil series dear to you, pfft, shut up, it's a fun no-brainer of a movie. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    This won't be out here until October 21st. We got AvP today. We get Sky Captain on the 9th of December.

    I thought it was better than the first but it was still pants tbh, wasn't gory enough and it had 2 women in it trying act all kick **** and hard and it just came off as cheesy.

    I got nothing against women in films taking lead roles and being action heros like Sigourney Weaver in Aliens but the way the two women playing the leads in this film tried to act all macho and giving it all the attitude was just awful.....

    Even if you like that kind of movie i think it's crap. The last 15 minutes of the film are great though.
