Mouse And Keyboard Lag

<div class="IPBDescription">For Teh Loose</div> Recently i have been experiencing strange mouse and keyboard lag while playing NS. It makes the game totally unplayable. It appears to be totally random when the lag happens, but it affects my keyboard and mouse. The graphics are fine and hold steady at 60 fps. I was playing around today trying to figureout the problem when i noticed that if i move using the keyboard it makes the mouse lag, when i stop pressing keys the mouse works fine again. However at random times they will both lag at the same time.

Any idea on what the problem could be?
