    Haha, yeah, Jeanne (the one near Puerto Rico) is a hurricane now, and I'm currently enjoying the rain from my southern outpost in Alabama.     I actually live in a small town above New Orleans, accross Lake Pontchartrain, and we only got some winds. Not even any rain.

    To clear up any conclusion:

    New Orleans wasn't hit by the hurricane.
