Easy Music Programs?

Hey,
I'm looking for the best, easy to use music program, where you can make beats and tunes, nothing complex. Anyone know of any?

Thanks,
rOoKe

Well, I'm using Reason, but that's probably not the thing that you're looking for, since you said "nothing complex".

But you can make beats with it extremely easy. Still, if you're just aiming to fool around with it, it's a bit of a wallet drainer...

I find Ejay to be the easiest but my favourite is Fruity loops. I know someone who does Music Technology and he swears by Sonic Foundry Acid Pro 4.0 . He showed me it but it all looked like double dutch to me. He made some cracking tunes with it though.

If you have no musical talent whatsoever, i'd recommend the Ejay series, it's literally just a case of placing predefined loops in a sequence and that's it.
