Fps Problems In B5

im having some fps problems in b5. i used to get around 60 fps on most maps exept bast and now i get around 20 on maps like eclipse and veil. im not sure whether its b5 or me.... i copied my config from my nsp folder into my ns folder so everything is the same. pls help :|
