The 3d card is the second easiest thing to install besides RAM imho. Still possible to horribly screw it up and break everything though. PM me for an address; I'll pay shipping.

On high end cards, that molex connector/s(in rare cases floppy connector) is not for the fan, that's for the card. It needs more juice than the the AGP slot can handle. High end nv40's have 2 of them(eek).
Turn off power. Open case. Ground yourself with the case. Undo screw holding in video card. Pull video card out. Wiggle and push new video card in. Insert screw. Close case. Turn on power.
