I've had that error, but not recently. It was when the
the latest Natural-Selection build was released.

They shut the forums down during releases so they can focus on getting the file out, and aren't flooded with knee-jerk reactions to the new build.

IIRC, they can't do so without joev's permission. Or only joev can do it. Can't remember which one XD

And even if they did increase the no. of connections I don't see how that will help the situation in anyway since more users will creep in and trigger that same error.

I've had that error like 10 times after the release of 4a and it really hasn't bothered me since stuff like this happens when you have a very large fanbase (or in this case, community)
