The fade blends in reasonably well, but the marine is really throwing me off. It looks like he's floating in space instead of standing on the ground, despite the drop shadow.
The lighting seems all wrong on the marine, not only that but he looks way too small, good job though, it really gives that "O POO" feeling off well..

The lights are directly on the sides of the Fade and alien, in front of you. It won't make sense if the shadows are moving towards the light XD
In short, make the light come towards the viewer not way.
