Exactly what doesn't work about it? It loads fine for me, I can't attempt to fill in a form and click since it would just give us more work..but give me some feedback or let us know on #nsguides on irc.gamesurge.net and we can probably fix it.
Well I get this error when I try to submit the form :

Not everyone uses IRC. It'd be like me assuming you have AOL Instant messenger or Ventrillo.
Basically it says page cannot be displayed. When I click the link to fill out the form.

IRC is almost a prerequiste for communication purposes for guides.. It's not 100% necessary, but I suspect as time goes on.. It will become more so.
Sort of like being a dev and not using IRC, there's too much information shared that the forums can't/don't contain.

For game help you really don't need a chat out-of-game. PM's, instant messages, e-mails, and even website linkage (I have 10 meg webspace I can use.) should be more than enough to get who doesn't understand somthing in the game to understand.
Technical problems are a different issue.
As for the issue, I remember other people having this similar problem. I'm trying to remember what caused it, I'll post back when I find it.
Edit: It's a firewall issue. Either disable your firewall for the time being or you can PM me the form with all your answers, and I'll make sure it gets where it belongs.

I'm talking about communication between guides.. You are not an island there will be questions that you can't answer, that you need an immediate response to.
This is where IRC rules because you can ask 50 people simultanously..

No argue here, but if a group has found a working basis for its internal communication, it's only logical that additions to this group would use the same. It's only one option among many, yes. But it's a valid choice.
Edit: Okay, I submitted my application. About the post where the page didn't work, it turned out the ISP I was using had problems with a bunch of common websites. It's all resolved now.
