it installs to c:\valve\blahb labh albha blahbalhba y ou know what it is

instead of my steam folder in programfiles\steam\steamapps\blahblahblablahblabh yah yah u know

why doenst it install into my correct HL folder?

you probably installed Steam before (and then uninstalled, moved it, or something)

It is detecting the first steam account from that comp.

simply copy the nsp folder from there to the corect dir (steam\steamApps\email\half-life)
