First shot. XBox still with tape on for protection and paint all over the tape.

Second Shot. XBox tape off and controller top part painted. Still with tape on and again... Paint all over the tape.

Third Shot. Controller put back together an finalized. Case still of XBox and needing finalizing.

    i heard sanding works better, they paint will stay on longer, but that may not be true with xbox cases as it is computer cases

    You're meant to sand it if you use spray paint... But I dunno if I should because I used an oil base paint. just gonna finish the case tomorow and attatch it back the the Box.

    I would have to say that the controller looks hot, but the Xbox is a different story...maybe if you painted the black part red, and the red part black it would have looked just a bit better.

    Too late now... Not got enough paint left.. and no money. But i'll post a pic when I use white spirit on all the smudges etc that got past the tape.

    Oil based paints on plastic?
    You would have been best off buying a can of Krylon Fusion (sparypaint that is made for plastics, normal paint won't stick) then just spraying it with that. It would look as if the case was made from that color plastic.
