I was wondering does anyone know any programs, websites etc that are free and safe that can find and delete spy ware?

    for some reason i like to use the Google Tool bar for its popup blocker too, on top of Spybot and Adaware, i went from 900 a day to like..1 if the website was lucky

    With proper security settings, the right tools and common sense, you won't get <i>any</i> spyware. I haven't found any spyware on my computer in ages.

    I second that. I havent got ANY spyware in ages with that combo.
