The actual hitbox is utterly different. Look at the marine model, for instance.. because of the jetpack, the hitbox has to have a large, empty space on the back.
Yeah, there's no actual hitbox there when they don't have a jetpack on.
The command (any any multiplayer hax to emulate this command) would be pointless.

Considering the state of current hitboxes and their relation with the actual models, why wouldn't you?
I'd guess that a lock would be more likely because the guys question has already been answered, considering this thead has absolutly nothing to do with the PSHB.
that being said, however. im sure with cheats enabled, on a non dedicated server...the server owner would see the hitbox's exactly as they are, and would be able to see phsb....thats if it still exists, and has not been fixed by valve.
