Why I Should Have A Pt Slot.

First of all, I'm making this because it's late and I'm tired, bored, and an insomniac. If you mods want to lock it, I'll do nothing but chuckle.

Fact 1) I am the 30th most prolific poster on these forums with merely "Member" status.

Fact 2) Of the 29 members with more posts than I do, only 4 members have been around longer than I have.

1) Moleculor: Named "Bob," was a PT, and then faded from the public eye. In fact, he hasn't made a post since Nov 22 2002, 02:42 AM.

2) SoulSkorpion: 55% of posts in the Off-topic forums.
3) TychoCelchuuu: 67% of posts in Off-topic forums.
4) Windelkron: 35% of posts in the I&S forums.

The forum I am most active in is Off-Topic, with 46% of my total posts.

Since a higher percentage of my posts are in forums that actually pertain to gameplay/serious issues, I obviously care more about the game than SoulSkorpion or TychoCelchuuu.

And, we all know that the I&S forums are a black hole anyway, so Windelkron's 1301 posts can be subtracted from his grand total of 3704, leaving 2403 posts, FAR less than my count.

So, we've proven I'm the most prolific, and also most caring member of the MEMBER group!

Now, lets look at the PT group: Currently, there are 66 playtesters, not counting those slots belonging to Mods, and we all know they don't count, because of all the *LOCKING they do.

So, I have more posts than 96.9% of the playtesters.

What about join date? There are only 15 playtesters with a higher join date than mine! That means I'm older than 77.2% of the playtesters!!!

***

So to recap: I have more posts than 99.8% percent of the forum as a whole, more than almost all the members, and almost all the PTs.

I've been around for almost 2 and a half years, and I love this game. Throw me a bone?

Meh, If I was flayra I would give you playtester but to be serious. I really haven't seen much activity from the playtesters as of late. Maybe if the people that did pick playtesters pick people that actually played the game, then maybe the game would be playtested more. But right now playtesting isn't that useful because from what I have seen, there hasn't been much playtesting going on.

To cut it short, you aren't missing out on anything.

I hate to break it to you buddy, but a high postcount does not equate to deserving PT status. Not to mention it is not up to you to decide your viability for the aforementioned status; nor mine for that matter.
Regardless of how deserving you may be of playtester status, the forums are not the place for it to be decreed.
