I live out in the sticks with my own well, garden and various game animals surrounding, so im good. In fact, I invite you all to some hearty venison in case of zombie outbreak. Also, I wish to direct your attention to this, <a href='http://forums.firearmsmod.com/showthread.php?t=59171' target='_blank'>http://forums.firearmsmod.com/showthread.php?t=59171</a>, the Bible of anti-zombie militants. It is a community effort and still growing.

Well being in the UK, Ill asume the armed forces got nubed in their sleep, since my ground floor is increadably vurnrable to attack with at least 3 2M (7/8FT) windows in the front two rooms I would retreat to the first floor, from there id knock out as many stairs as possible and then baricade whats left. Holding the landing with my pantent electro-skipoll prodder (car battry and ski poll with rubber grip) I would hold them off for a while when that fails I will retreat to my atic which is onyl reachable using retractable ladders that need a lot of work to get up and down. Then its a matter of waiting for rescue.

Although I would not ever baracade myself at home, Id grab the nearest car grab a few non-zombified people (friends) head for the local military base to grab whatever arniment i can then make a move to the local supper market, Id then barricade the entrances and wed have a healthy supply of food and the means to cook it, in the event of a breech we use the waepons, if we cant hold them off we burt open one of the rear emergency exits and hop in a carefully placed getaway car, we then head north (north of scotland) in hope of a lower density of population (both living and undead) and make plans from there.

3 story Co-Op

Ground floor is a narow hallway with only one door (rather sollid to boot)

Very Steep Stairs leading to 1st Floor (yes, we call the 2nd floor the 1st floor).
1st floor has large windows, but no real way of getting in (Aside from zombie catapults)
Lots of very sharp knifes on that floor (and all in a nice wooden holder, so I can nab that as I run)

Stairs are again Narow and steep.
2nd floor has vew windows, and they are all small.
My room:
1 window (inacesable, aside from zombiepult again), my Kali Sticks, the pantry (yah, most of the food is in my room), the DSL Modem, and my computer.

Also my 6 foot lamp would make for a nifty weapon.

I am not as well set up in weapons as some of you people (yah, I live in NYC, no guns <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' />). But the defendability is great <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' />

Combine that with a few cops who live in the complex (so there should be some guns there).

I should be ok <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' />

I'd be pretty safe. My dad has given me a mentality since I was little that "Anything is a weapon, its only a matter of knowing how to wield it." For one, I have 2 hand 10lb weights next to my chair here. Then theres the chair. And another next to it. And this blastic box that has very sharp edges. Then the monitor. Then the phone, printer, pieces of this desk, ironing board, iron, picture frames, mirror, lamp, fancy wine bottle, mini-fake-trees, big pole lamp thing, nail clippers, several sharp things in the bathroom(which I'm 5 feet from), 2nd mirror, and a pistol(Colt .45) in the back room(I choose not to get to it- I love pistols, but I'm just the kind of guy to blow someone away when scared)...basically, I'm all good for ANY kind of attack.

Oh come on, let's not kid ourselves. All us white folk would be dead. It's the law of zombies. I can't think of a single good zombie movie made in the US where the white people live to the end. So take a tip from your old pal me, if zombies ever attack find the nearest black person and stick with them.

Well, I just had this thought, perhaps the NS ppl should start a Anti-Zombie Invasion organization?

I mean, like one for Firearms, one for us NS ppl, and one.. For someone else? Eh? To widen it, I mean, it might be meaningless, until it happens, and since we're on the brink of destruction, *pointing at all the nuclear warheads under Bush's command*.

I just realized that I'm an excellent swordsman, didnt think of that, I can use any 1-2 handed part-light bludgeon weapon or sword.

If zombies were to attack I would probably travel out to our second house down by the shenandoah river. Because the house of the guy nextdoor is raised about 10 feet off the ground on big cement supports and there is only 1 staircase leading up to it. So I could just sit up there and pop any zombies that come within range.

Right, just because I live in Kansas and have a boatload of firearms that I have happened to mention (for the first time ever) in a thread about a hypothetical zombie attack, I am not a hick. Just the types of weapons mentioned should discourage any hick thoughts, anyway. How many hicks own German and Russian firearms from the 40's?

All I have available to me are old school weapons like Swords and daggers. As long as they are slow moving zombies, not Dawn-of-the-dead style "Marathon Runner" Zombies I have a chance. I might last... an hour; before I run out of energy trying to fight monsters that never fatigue with weapons that require lots of effort? AT LEAST I would finally get an excuse to use them though, which would be cool.

A zombie infestation?! even though i have large windows on the main floor i have a few key protective features:

The Century old house im in has a partially subsurface basement, putting all windows at a hight of 5 1/2 feet above ground level

my house is in an industrail complex, if an outbreak occurs, im gonna be last on the "Hmmm... i think meat's over there" list

I'm 3 feet from my trusty 9 Iron of Server Repair +15

I have a copy of the Zombie Survival guide and im only 30 minutes from Delaware on foot.

and, i've planned out any possible seige senario and i have all nessarry precautions taken

In the original Dawn of the Dead (a really good movie), the zombies moved slowly. The new one surprised me when I saw that the zombies could actually run.
