please help me find 1.

www.newegg.com is awsome.

I need it to be around $100 or less. 4 PCI DDR slots (I can put 4 256 DD RAM chips in), creating 1 GB of RAM.

NEEDS to be compatible with AMD Athlon 2600 processor.

    I think <a href='http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=13-128-194&depa=1' target='_blank'>this</a> will work fine. It's $70. Get someone else's opinion before actually buying it, though.

    you got ripped underdog, your paying a whole lot for onboard video there, when any self respecting nerd would have a AGP vid card anyways. The first mobo will work up to specs, I can't vouch for its reliablity though...
