The little program that lets you have programs on a taskbar on your desktop, just like a Mac, where there are small icons, and as you roll over, the icons get bigger.

It's nothing complicated, just a tiny modification program that lets you do that.

thats called a "dock" search on google for Yz Dock, that's the one That comes right off the type of my head.
